Adventures at the Aquarium
Alrighty! Here we go for our lovely adventure today! I woke up with the kids and got them breakfast like a normal day, and started to get ready to go to the Shed Aquarium. About 9 I went and woke up lazy robert who was still asleep and about ten we finally started loading the car. When we made it to the city some crazy lady in a MINI VAN! ( I HATE MINI VANS! AND WILL NEVER DRIVE ONE!!) decided that she would pull half way off the inside lane right before a lane merge and just stop! the car in front of us slammed his brakes we almost hit him and the car behind us almost hit us.....needless to say it would have been really bad if everyone wouldn't have reacted as quickly as they did. She stopped for absolutley no reason! There was not a soul infront of her! Stupid woman driver. Anyway....we finally get to the aquarium and it takes us 15 min to park. Then we start walking up to the doors of the Shed only to see the line weaving its way out the door, down the steps, and on the side walk for a completely annoying lenght. Then GOOD KARMA!! the people in front of us dropped some cash, so I ran and picked it up and returned it to them and then what do my eyes see! A handicap/accessable entrance!!! and a very short line of strollers!! We get in this line and quickly get indoors which is good becuase it was cold outside and starting to snow. We pay and get up the elevator and in the main lobby only to discover that about 5,000 other people had the same idea we did and were all standing in line to go in. When we get through the ticket guy we see that there is no exscaping the crowd, it is packed! Robert had to take Kamryn and I had to take Tristan and hold them on our shoulders to see anything. It was ridiculous! we would wait patiently with the kids to see a tank and some bratty kid or adult would run up in front of kamryn and push her out of the way. I almost lost it. So did Robert. We thought maybe we would eat something and see if we could find a spot it had died down....well....that wasn't happening, also I was pleased to discover I left all the sandwich meat at home! brought everything else for our lunch but the meat! NICE!! We went down to the penguins to try and see the dolphin show from underneath because it's all curtained off now....stupid.....there was no luck. After fighting the crowds more we decided to just leave. The kids weren't haveing fun we were getting pissed off from them being pushed out of the way and stepped in front of so we ventured off to find an exit. Got stuck at some stairs with a double stroller and no elevator in sight. I grabbed one end and Robert the other and hauled it up the flight. When finally at the top we tried one more time to see animals and about 4 stupid people that were all adults walked right up in front of us and completely blocked our way. That was it! we both just said let's go now! grabbed the kids and booked it for the door. Aaahhh....finally an exit! We got to the exit and to the car got home and went to open the door to the house in the garage to see it was locked. Which wouldn't have been a problem but! we had my keys and my keys do not have a working house key on them! LOVELY!! after inspecting all windows we found they were all shut tight, which is good but crappy at the same time! So after some debate of kicking in the door and using a sledge hammer to break the knob, we found a crow bar and popped the lock out. It was scary how easy it came off! but we only have to replace the knob instead of an entire door. So needless to say being locked out of our own house with both kids, one sleeping after a crappy day at a crowded aquarium full of stupid rude people and a waste of $50 was a perfect end to the crappy 2009 year! Wow.....I'm so ready for 2010! becuase really....anything it can throw at me I've been there and done that so unless it turns nuclear I can take it!

New Years is almost here!
So with New Years right around the corner I'm getting that anxious feeling that you get when you know something is about to happen! Mostly I think because I'm determined to have a good year! I'm going to set some goals and try my darndest to reach them! We are going to the Shed aquarium tomorrow and that will be an adventure I just know it! Kamryn is finally big enough to recognize animals and interact with them (some what). Tristan.....He's just happy to be here! Ha Ha! None the less I'll need to take the camera and the new flip camera we got for christmas to capture all the chaos! I just hope the chaos doesn't involve any stitches! We've been lucky so far I'm just praying it doesn't run out! Oh and about my working out weightloss goals? Well.....I'm going to be a brave soul, I'm going to post before and after pictures and information! You know, a little self motivation! But the Wagon is still rolling slow so if you want to join me (hint hint! anyone!!) let's go!

YUCKY YUCKY!!
So I woke up this morning with the kids like I usually do, but after being up for about 15 min I started to feel sick so I layed back down. After about another15-20 min I felt like I was going to throw up so I went to the bathroom, which is the appropriate place, and sat on the floor. "assumed the position" and started to feel weird. Dizy and really sick to my stomach but not like I have in the past when I've had a seizure. The last thing I remembered was leaning over the toilet and waking up on the floor. I don't know if I just blacked out or if I had a seizure, I didn't throw up at all like I usually do afterwards nor did I have the wounds like I should. No bruises on my head, no bitten tongue or sore muscles from being bent out of position. But I was so weak and so tired. Also dizzy if I stand for any longer than 10 min and my head and stomach are killing me which makes me think I had a seizure just not a grand maul like before. Needless to say it was a wonderful way to end the christmas break!

My bucket list 2010
So I decided I'm going to do a "bucket list" but for a year time line instead of before I die. I have posted it on the side and I want to have it ready by the time new years comes so I can start to work on it! I know it's silly but I'm excited! If anyone wants to join the "bucket list" bandwagon, HOP ON!! we can do some of it together!!! I'm anxious and excited all at the same time! 2010 BRING IT ON!!! I'm ready so let's see what you got!
Merry Christmas!
Starting off MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! today was definitely one for the books! To start the christmas story I will have to begin with yesterday morning. I had to work for a partial shift at work that night and got home and in bed around two am. I had taken some presents with me to wrap so I didn't have as much to wrap the night of Christmas Eve. Well as I'm sitting in the basement with my daughter and son she slowly creeps away. I didn't notice she was even gone! I was too enthrawlled in my Season Finale of Survivor that I was finally able to watch. Don't mess with my survivor! Anyway, all of a sudden she shows up with this toy! and says "MOM!! look I found it!!! open it please!!" so I look at the toy and I realize it is one I know I wrapped that night before at work. So a feeling of UH-OH comes over me, I quickly open the toy to occupy her and run up the stairs. Well, to my wonderful surprise she had discovered the bag of wrapped gifts I so "smartly" left in the wash room when I brought them in from the car after getting off work. She had opened them all. Layed out the gifts in a row and chosen the one she wanted to play with. I mean ALL THE GIFTS! Even ones that weren't hers were open. All over the floor, wrapping paper, toys, clothes! it was like christmas morning on christmas eve and all on her own! All I could do was laugh! needless to say I ended up wrapping until 2 am due to all the re-wrapping I had to do! Everyone may laugh and say it's my fault, and I would have to agree! It is! kamryn is too smart for her own good and I really should have known better.
Now we come to Christmas morning, kamryn had gotten a tri-cycle for christmas and santa even left it out assembled for her! well that was all we saw and played with for the first 15 min. Then we started opening gifts! YAY!!! The big moment was finally here!! Well the "big moment" turned into an ALL DAY project! We would open one present and play with it then another, and another. It took until almost 5pm to get everything unwrapped ! But needless to say it was fun. Tristan thought the wrapping paper was more fun than any toys!
We ate and ate and ate all day, and I think that if I could I would undo the elastic on my pants! That's when you know you have eaten too much!!! There fore I have a list of New years Resolutions I will have to accomplish including loosing my christmas weight! I think I've gained 15 pounds in pure chocolate! If I go tanning I think it may melt the chocolate off!!! I think I'm going to try and see how it works. Look out New years here I come!!!

Ready for Christmas!
I am so ready to have christmas come and then go, I love the holiday don't get me wrong but I don't like how stressful it turns out to be. I still have to get stuff for stockings for my kids and a present for my husband. Plus wrap everything! wow!!! that's the crappy part, wrapping everything! I like to do it but it takes forever!
Along with that I'm trying to get ready for new years, there is so much I want to put down as a resolution and get done this next year I'm just boggled by what to start with! But I definetly am going to do this blog! I think it will be good for me! something to help me look forward to and maybe keep a small amount of sanity!

The begining
Alright! Here we go......I'm tottaly new to this blogging thing so I've decided to go all out on it. Begining January First I'm going to start what I call "A year in my shoes". I'm going to post a blog everyday about my life and the events that happen. Then at the end of the year I will be able to look back and see how much I've changed, how much my family has grown and what we have gone through. I think it will be quite the experiment! I'm excited and nervous, hoping that I can stick with it for the full 365 days. Can you imagine if I did! that would really be an accomplishment! I Figure if I start in January then the kids and the craziness of the holidays won't be so bad! just at the of next year but I should be in the habit of doing it by the time next christmas come around! let's just all pray I get this blogging figured out before I need to start or we are all in trouble!!! LOL!!
